This is far more than a traditional dog training seminar.
Participants will take a journey through more than 80 years of operational animal training and learning science, beginning with the groundbreaking work of Keller and Marian Breland, who helped bring the science of behavior out of B.F. Skinner’s laboratory and into practical, real-world animal training.
From those foundations, Bob Bailey and Simon Prins will explore the evolution of modern animal training and its application to today’s advanced operational K9 programs.
Topics will include laser-guided dogs, radio-directed camera dogs, hard-surface tracking, technology-supported detection training, and the scientific principles behind reliable animal performance.
Throughout the workshop, science will be connected directly to practical application.
